The county currently prohibits all commercial cannabis activity in unincorporated areas, including retail storefronts and delivery, so there’s no licensed dispensary option within Hacienda Heights itself.
Public Covina is the closest fully licensed dispensary to Hacienda Heights, about 10 miles and roughly 15 minutes away. From Hacienda Heights, the most direct route is the 60 Freeway west to the 605 North, connecting to the 10 East and exiting at Citrus Avenue. Public Covina is right off that exit at 125 S Citrus Ave.
