Due to California cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns on any cannabis product that has been opened or tampered with.
Acceptable Return Conditions:
– Products damaged during delivery – Defective cartridges or pre-rolls – Incorrect orders received
Return Procedure:
1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
2. Include your receipt or order number.
3. If eligible, a store credit or product replacement will be issued.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
