6. RETURN POLICY

Please see our full Return Policy below. Note that under California cannabis law, most cannabis sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened cannabis products. For defective products or incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

While individual retail locations may operate under different LLCs or corporations, each entity functions under the Public Cannabis brand and is held to our unified standards of compliance, service, and governance.
